Dear Sir/Madam,
We are contacting you to inform you of an event that is taking place from July 16th 2005 until July 22nd 2005. It is a car driving event travelling around Europe. Please visit www.numballs.com for more information on the event itself.
There has been a great deal of interest so far, although, we are unsure of the actual numbers interested as we are yet to advertise the event. All interest so far has been generated through word of mouth. We are currently looking into the actual popularity before opening the signup for a number of reasons. However, we are also looking to open the signup process within the next month and we will start the official advertising before this. Please note that before the signup is open there will be information added to the website about the hotels, terms & conditions, evening entertainment etc.
We would much appreciate it if you could pass the website address on to your site members, club members, site visitors, friends etc. so we could get a rough estimate of how many people would be interested in participating. If you could ask them to register their interest or email us directly it would be a great help. Also, contacting you at this time gives us the opportunity to request your feedback on the event and our website.
