<!--StartFragment --> Howdy Y'all

As you know, I'm investigating model reports for the VR4 in the UK. Sad to think that your current VR4 might be the last one you own eh... :(

Anyway, I need some info from VR4 owners: The model report only applies to cars with the same engine/chasis/gearbox numbers (I don't think this'll be a problem), and more importantly, the same ECU. I've read a few posts here suggesting that Mitso changed ECU's on these cars almost on a yearly basis, which would put the final nail in the coffin...!

So, if you have a moment to go poking around in your cars, I'd appreciate you posting the following info for me: (I've made up the right column so ignore!)

I'm interested in official UK and imported VR4's, Aus & NZ too as they'll have come from Japan -as much info as possible. As I don't have my VR4 yet, I can't tell you where to find all these numbers, but I'm sure there are clever folks here who can! Even if you don't have all the info, let me have what you do know.

1996 VR-4 with 4G63?!? Last VR-4 with such engine has seen production in 1992.

Ok... Who's good at printing out fake ECU stickers then?! :$:$

My thoughts exactly!:lipsrseal

Also thought of having a spare 'STD' ECU available for ESVA's, but I'm not sure how interchangeable they'd be.
