How do I go about and getting a Clubvr4 keying? I'm happy to pay for one.

You don't need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, check the how to guide in the how to guides forum for more info, bit of a misconception that you need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal - you can pay with any credit card.
