It goes out then once running comes back on and stays on ladt friday mitsubishi serviced the pump whether that is just a coincidence but its been fine anyone any ideas???

I'd love to know what Mitzi means by "serviced the pump". I'd check all the fluid levels and if they are OK take it back and tell them it's their problem. It sounds as though you could do with an adjustable switch.

there is no 'service' for the pump. You can change the atf fluid and that's about it.

The AYC warning light usually appears due to lack of pump pressure which, as John has said, can usually be rectified by fitting an adjustable pressure switch.
