It's a book and not a file. So just tell me what you need to know

I had a factory sub in the boot and did not realise the amp under the left boot floor small cubby was used to drive the sub, well i believe it is, as mine does not work any more. I removed this amp and binned it to get more storage space as I replaced it with a standard storage box.
I am not into big sound in a car so it did not make that much difference for me, but if I wanted to use it I would have to buy a new amp for it.
Silly me!

I did this about 2 years ago so don't hate me for doing it.

Do you have a MMCS, with or without the factory amplifier or just a standard setup?

That's strange, Dave... The factory amp is driving all the speakers and not the sub only...:o

i think the wiring in the front had been messed with already, my car had a kenwood head unit and 10 disk changer fitted already, when i got it.
the only speaker effected when i removed the amp was the sub in the boot, so i thought the previous owner must have sliced somthing in to drive he sub via the amp in the boot from an output from the head unit.
so it was a bit of a mess.
i think the separate amp driving the sub in the boot is my best option.
