Strengthened Output Shaft

Selling my brand new strengthened Output shaft. I bought this from Giles at GP Motors as an upgrade for my GTA only to find the GTA shaft is different to the standard VR-4 and Evo 7 shaft:uhoh2:

These are supplied by Drenth and it originally cost me £210. Will do it for £180 delivered.

I assume you are talking about the hollow forward drive shaft from the centre diff?

How is it different?
At some point mitsi changed the part number, probably to change the material specification. This was the assumption I made when I moved to a Evo9 item with the later part number. I also use a cusco tarmac gear diff to reduce the output load on the shaft, so it should last a bit longer this time :)

To be honest I bought it as I wanted to strengthen as many components on my gearbox as possible. I believe it is from Drenth so it is presumably made from better grade steel. I will get a statement from Gile at GP Motors.
