Is it worth getting a set of race spark plugs?(will be doing track day, a dyno day and proabaly a drag day) or just get the standard platinum plugs? It only other $60 for set of race ones.

The NGKBKR7EIX are a colder plug than the standard NGKBKR6EIX, so if you are running higher than std boost they will be fine. :)

Do these spark plugs have the correct gap or do they need gapping?

The normal ones are 0.8mm gapped, which is correct. There is a -11 variant which is 1.1mm as well which it the wrong ones.

ripco is a last resort these days, because of price, and there useless at getting parts, if they cant get it, supercheap seems to be crap at the same time, been using bnt for 2 years, cheaper and more reliable
