Hey guys,
I'm gonna buy myself a fibreglass evo style bonnet soon :D
Anyone with one know how much a fibreglass one weighs in comparison to a standard?
Also does the podfilter hole provide any decent ventilation or benefit when there is no podfilter in use?
I'm guessing not but thought I might as well double check :P

Nope. It wrong place located, exactly on a top of the fuse box.
There were few fb hoods from Poland on the market made with air intake specific for Galant, but production batch was very small, and if lucky you get used one.
Also you can modify evo-style air intake, but it's not to everyone taste.

Agreed haha my newly removed podfilter is now being used as a loose change container, much more useful :D
Still need to upgrade the panel filter though, which do you prefer?

I have the HKS in mine.
Kev
hks aswell,
but ralli-art and k&n do the job just as well,
i perfer the dry foam type, (hks/ralliart) over the oiled filters like k&n
no chance of over oiling the filter after a clean and messing up the afm
