View Full Version : Tidying up the VR4
I've had a bit of time on my hands lately so I've been tidying up the car and doing a few things that I've never got round to doing.
She was looking pretty shabby from being parked up for over a year while I ran round the world, also having one engine blow up didn't help matters.
So here is a few pics of the new tidy engine bay!

I really like the look of the FTO GPX rocker covers on the VR4s. I wish I could find one for a decent price.

The factory torque for the rocker cover bolts is ridiculously low, something like 5Nm. As the rubber washers degrade slightly, the bolts can loosen. Just nip them all up slightly - this usually prevents/stops leaks from the rocker cover gasket for a while longer.
