Im after this small section of pipe for my air con as mine has a leak.
please be gentle if removing it, it is made out of quite soft aluminium and can easily bend or snap

Probably just an o ring then, I have the same problem on the other pipe. Special o rings evidently.

yep. replacing it with a second hand part with old O-rings wont fix the issue. just take the pipe off. go to a local Air-con specialist and get a new o-ring and re-install your stock pipe.
also when you get it re-gassed, ask the place to put the Dye in the gas so you can see where it leaks from if it does decide to leak again.
