Ron,
have a look at my articles on changing brake discs and pads in the members area. The caliper on my front left was a bit 'sticky' but a bit of WD-40 and pushing the piston back into the collar worked ok. You might need to re-grease your lock pins too - Again, this is mentioned in the articles I've written. :)

I've a same problem too. Dont know what should I do really. Buy a new one or repair it?
Went to a garage and they wont do it if I bring my own parts there. Any suggestion? :thumbsdow :thumbsdow

Just repair it as Kieran says. Cough up the membership fee - it's worth it ;) !!
You shouldn't need any spares - the piston just needs to be free'd
