Love it. Well done. I used to have my tool kit in the legnum all the time but this install would have been great.

Medium density foam, its like a rubberised kind of foam, resistant to chemicals and such, cut the shapes out first with a scalpel, then glued them in.

Thanks for comments guys.

Hi Z-Kev
The description of the foam I believe is High Density, Closed cell, Neoprene. A trick to cutting is keep dipping the blade into cold water, it will glide through the foam. Great job by the way. Hope you never have to use them on the road side.:stars:

I usually keep tools in my boot or rear foot wells, the noise of things rattling around is irritating, this is an awesome idea.

When I discovered the compartments under the boot carpet I said to the wife that I'd do something similar. Never got around to it though, as with every other plan I have/had

Really great idea!
Ok, what should be in now?
And what spares do you take with you?
(experience: what you need is not there)
