Clutch lever cylinder might be RIP. Refurb-sets can be bought from the stealer or camskill (quite inexpensive btw). These are good serviceable. Check your fluid-level first, then determine where the fluid is leaking. Just follow the hard pipe from the fluid reservoir.

Hi there,
Mine did this after I changed my engine and it just needed bleeding through but I did have it stored upside down in the engine bay.

Hi When you say "Clutch lever cylinder" is that a "clutch master cylinder"?

It could be the master or the slave or the pipework between. The clutch is hydraulic, so if you lose the hydraulic fluid, there is nothing to push the pedal back up. Look for the leak!

When this happened to me it was my clutch thrust bearing.

I wondered that, Ryan, but this is a fwd v6 I think. I was under the impression that they are push type?

Oh, sorry Nick - I've no idea then! :)

I could be wrong. It's something I have heard, not something I have seen.
