guys witch one of these valves would you say is best for our tiny turbos

I'd say go for the second. It gives you the option of going full recirc if you want. I have the Forge (http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=0006&product=FMDVSPLTR) one myself.

But then I'm no VR-4 guru so I could be wrong.

I just have it on the default at the moment. I may turn it up when/if I get around to getting my MBC in properly.
