Need Advise for my 6a12 engine

Hello Guys,

I'm new here and I need your advise... How I make more HP to my 6a12 engine galant 7g?

Please indicate parts by parts what I need to install...

TBH I don't think there are any 'off the shelf' mods for those engines.

There are small increases to be made from uprated air filter, de-cat pipe and bespoke exhaust system (possibly S/S manifolds) to improve flow but after that it'll be things like port-polishing and cam adjustments or even ecu "adjustments".
Simple things like shedding weight can also help.

If you want big power, you're better off going turbo charged or heading for the big guns via an engine swap.

Your power gains will mostly be determined by how much money you are prepared to spend on that particular car.

I imagine that a lot of the Proton Perdana folk know about modifying the 6A12 engine, as it was used in the Perdana from 1999 until quite recently. Not sure of the best place to look for them though!
