how to remove release bearing

Hi, i need to replace the release bearing and wanted to know the way to do it please. Thanks Adam.

Once the gearbox is off you need to slide the pivot bar out of yhe bell housing upwards. Remember to note the position of the springs. You will need to tap the metal cap out of the bell housing, remove the bolt at the top of the bar and then tap the bar upwards and out.
