Huh? Just use the auto drive shaft. The lay shaft that runs through the gearbox from the transfer box to the passenger side drive shaft needs to be the manual one though.

the drive shaft is fine it is the cv on the manual thats bugged i need to no if i can use the bearings out of the old auto cv as i don't wont to pay 800 just to get one cv fixed also the bolts on the flywheel is it clockwise or anti to undo them

I can't think of any reverse thread bolts on the car. Certainly the flywheel bolts are normal direction.
The cv is part of the drive shaft. So I don't understand your problem.

the cv boot is ripped so all the grease is gone and the bearings have gone and i have never heard enyone refer to them as a drive shaft all im talking about is the cv joint on the wheel side sorry if i had worded it wrong i all ways just say cv lol so i rely just wont to no if the bearings for the cv joint would be the same size and could used in the other one

I don't understand why you don't just use the whole driveshaft from the auto, including the cv joints. Cv stands fo constant velocity, there are two on each drive shaft.

o becoz one of the cv is off a non turbo so it a lot weaker the last guy that had this car did evry thing the cheep way

I'm still lost. Sorry! If the shaft has a different weaker cv joint then it must be unlikely that it can be used to fix the other? Didn't the shaft come from the donor car?
