Pas belt squeal

I noticed on full lock yhe pas belt squeals a bit I have also notice the botoom pulley seems yo be making rather a lot of noise and is wobbling any idea where I can get a new pulley and is it a dimpke job to remove?

It can be awkward to remove, but it's simple enough. Remove both accessory belts, undo the bolt in the middle of the pulley and slide the pulley towards you. It's awkward because the engine turns whilst you are trying to undo the bolt and the pulley often needs a 3 legged puller to fetch it off.
They aren't cheap - Camskill do them IIRC.

thats the crack pulley,

which are you taking about exactly? crack pulley as above of the pas tensioner pulley?
if its making noise its prob the pas tensioner pulley as that bearing tends to ware and wobble and make noise.

easy job then, take the tension off, undo the nut in the center fit new pulley,
unfortunately the bearing is not generic and cannot be purchased separately,

so you have to buy the whole part, or have your original reworked to fit a generic bearing, also not that cheap but makes it easier in future to replace.

what bolt do i undo to take off the belt ?

Nick it seems it is the pas tensioner i take it i would only need to loosen the pas tensioner and undo the adjustment nut so i can remove and refit a new one or do i need to take the alternator belt off too?Never had to do one of these before!

If it is just the tensioner pulley then the procedure you described is spot on. No need to remove the alternator belt.
