Hi all my cuscos arrived today :) question is will the front bar come out from the side of the car through the wheel arch or do you have to remove other stuff?
The rear looks easy that should be ok?

Hmmm...... I've done this job and I can't remember! I might have had to loosen an engine mount? I don't think I had to actually remove the transfer box?

You will need to remove the downpipes.

There is an article about it here http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?56775-How-to-fit-Front-ARB

Downpipes, prop shaft. I didn't want to scratch freshly painted new arb so I removed one of the lower rear susp arms.

Had to remove, cross bar with engine mount, prop shaft, both bottom arms, both cover plate things that are over them, down pipes, both lateral arms, and it was still difficult to get out in addition you will need diff oil to top up transfer box and you might need to cut off one of the Links too I had to cut one of mine I replace all these too it's a good idea while your there. Rear one issues
