I know I stand a very good chance of getting 1 of these due to the recent group buy, which annoyingly I didn't need a rad while it was open, so couldn't get a nice shiney 1.

So a stock rad is required please, this is my 2nd rad to split in as many years. Guess these are getting fairly old now.

As mentioned on Facebook, I've had one of these in my VR-4 for three years (including our little overheating episode on track at Donington in 2011!). Still looks pretty new now! So even if it failed after 5 years, I'd happily replace it again after 5 years for the price. It's also one of the easiest jobs on a VR-4 to do yourself. Just a little faff getting the air out of the system (although my trick was to simply refill the rad (if needed) and expansion tank when cold until no more coolant 'disappeared').

The new rad came today. expected thurs. I've changed the rad before (last year). like you say, it's a fairly easy job to do.
