Does anyone know how much it costs to replace the input shaft bearings?

Bearing itself isn't expensive - about $40. Seal is about $10.
Labour you are prob looking at 10 hours.
Might as well do the clutch while it is all out

Just check. If the bearing has gone it may have taken the seal with it. If this has happened the clutch might have gearbox oil on it
