what have i fried????

after doing an engine and trans swap, got it all back together and my mate had hooked up the battery back to front!!!! changed the main fuse in the engine bay and it turns over but have no dash lights. other than gear indicator and the indicators that flash when i deactivate the alarm. what have i done... is it terminal???

Likely a blown fuse. Would recommend an inspection of and running a multimeter across all fuses in the engine bay and in the driver footwell area.

multimeter will give you false ok's as the cars wiring can complete the circuit, pull the fuse's and visually inspect them,

both the engine bay ones and under dash ones, (behind the coin pocket by you right knee)

From memory, the ones that often go are the speedo one behind the coin tray and eeither the main 100A in the engine bay box or some of the smaller ones on the left (viewing from the front of the car).

Check the ignition failure sensor this is what popped on ftos when people did this and it's very similar
