Your air con looks cool, how did you do that?

And you've got something new up in the clock area

Aircon is the MMCS system (screen sat nav from factory).

Is this a UTCOM or what is the display in the clock area showing?

It's my DIY display, based on using the Arduino, and then connect to the Defi controller, and display the readings. It has been started for years, and recently, I have the "mood" to finish that, haha... /yes

This is the final look for my display
67774

Found an old clock unit first.
67775

Disassemble it
67776

And then, drill and cut all the necessary holes
67777

This is the PCB that I will use, of course, I need to measure the clock casing beforehand
67778

Solder all the components on the PCB, including the heart, Arduino
67779

Install the screws to hold the PCB
67780

Then attach the OLED display
67781

Put the whole thing into the clock casing, it just fits into the case.
67782

67783

Put back the cover of the case
67784

Test, and it works

That looks really cool, a worthwhile installation.

That is brilliant, you could sell those on here.

Excellent work! A pity you need a Defi-Controler to work...

Very cool. I would be interested in one if you ever decide to make a few to sell on. Much more discreet compared to a trio of gauges

You could do it with the sensors and an Arduino - just need to build a table of inputs and reduce the voltage on the input from the sensor if needed.

This is what I want to do, so it can replace the Defi gauges/Link-display in the near future :sweethear

haha...... let me think about it...... but I need to solve the unstable reading issue.....haha....

Yes, exactly, and theoretically, the Arduino has enough analogue I/O to connect to sensors, and does exactly the same as Defi or other systems. But, since I have already had the Defi controller with sensors, so I just want to make this and keep my dashboard clean and clear, haha.

BTW, maybe I will use a small, tiny display and put it inside the hi-vis instrument cluster.
