I know plenty have swapped out the factory fit stereo. But has anyone swapped out factory D/Din with factory fit Amp and Sub.
The speakers are driven from the Amp and not the head unit. Does that mean I will have to run new speaker cabling to all the speakers??

Options:
1. run new speaker cabling to all the speakers :)
2. swap the main and floor harness with the one from non-amp car... (And if you also wish tweeters to work, swap the door harness too...)
3. make the pinout of the round signal 8-pin connector from original HU->Amp, make an adaptor and use the original signal cable to the amp...

8-pins must be two wires (+&-) to each of the 4 channels...?
