hi guys just bought my garrett gt35R and a tial 38mm wastegate,need manifolds now.....
thinkin bout using my stock manifolds
any thoughts????????

stock manifolds would be a huge restriction on a turbo that big. best to just make aftermarket ones like this

No not mine it is ILYA s Galant but my setup will be somewhat similar with a Holset HX super 40 turbo instead of a Garrett and Ill have twin wastegates not a large single one

Also Rajvr497, you may want to get a bigger wastegate than 38mm, something like a 44mm or 50mm will be much better for a 2.5

i have also have a tial 44mm wastegate,so i will use that one instead.....
also i have a holset HX40,but the turbine housing so way to big.

the external dimentions of the holsets are large due to their common use in diesel cars. but the turbine wheels are similar to those of the garret GT35 frame
