drivers door dosnt always lock with alarm fob.

Hi my drivers door on legnum vr4 dosnt always lock with lock button on fob but locks with key but can hear its a bit slow compared to the other locks.
Question will a load of wd fix or will it be easyer and more reliable just to put new lock mechanism in as dont want to keep stripping it to put wd on if only temp fixes.
Works after its been locked and unlocked with key but not all the time.
Didnt know if others have had same problem?

Not a common fault here. Your solution might be best. Does it still sound slow when using the central locking button by the window controls?

Havent tried the lock button from inside ill try that later on today. It sounds slow from the outside when both done by fob and key seems to lock after the others have didnt know if the lock actuator was on its way out?

Fixed the lock was semi stuck loads of wd on and a good play locking and unlocking and its now nice and free and works every time as before was very stiff on lock direction
