New leads, Spark plugs and Wideband

So my car is currently drinking a crazy amount of fuel so time to do something about it.
I have been suggested to get some new leads and plugs and a wideband so i can check the air/fuel ratio.

Anyone have these for sale?

If you haven't already, find someone who can do a boost leak check. Check the free things first IMO.
