HEY GUYS,/help

I had this software installed on my old laptop running on windows vista and it never gave any problems. When that system crashed, i bought a new 1 running windows 7 and after installing it on the new system, it cant open. Every time i double click the "Mitsubishi ASA" shortcut on the desktop it says "Key Expired" and "This software requires registration!"
i never got a key to enter so i don't know hot to fix it.
i hope u guys can help.

I experienced the same thing recently... Very strange... It never did that before...

You have to patch it before opening.

I had a similar issue recently - the antivirus program I use killed ASA, so I had to exclude the directory from the scanner.

The registry key is slightly different in Windows 7 & 8 - I posted something about it in the ASA thread not long ago, as I have it running under 8.1 with no probs. (And Windows 7 before that)

i also had an issue when originally use ASA and that was if i tried to open ASA diecrt via the .exe file from and explorer window it would complain about the key but if i opened from the start menu it work fine. is the desktop short cut trying to open the .exe drictly.

but this is probably not your issus.

thanks bro. it worked. i hate reading so that was why i didn't get it to work the first time.
