Go to camskill mate there fairly cheap you get the seal and rings think i paid 15-20 for each was about 35-45 including postage.

they are £19.99 for each set, which containes rocker cover gasket and 3 plug seals.
plus £6.95 postage
so the total from camskill is £46.93
so Chris's price was very good, and is a signifficate saving for the purchaser.

In this situation saving was £16.93 which can be converted to lets say 90 miles of fun driving Legnum.
