Hi Guys,
Been fitting (trying to ) some gauges into my VR4. And when I was doing the " Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge, the instructions say that the purple/violet wire is to be connected to the " SPEED SIGNAL " wire. I also have to make a connection to the same wire for the Greddy Turbo Timer.
Has anyone come across this problem and know which pin on the ECU is the " SPEED SIGNAL WIRE "?
Even if the colour of this wire is known it can be helpfull?
Many thanks to one and all who can help me.
Gerald.

This information is held in the members section, but to help you out here is the answer. Sorry I have had to delete the other known pin-outs but this sort of info is what the £20 joining fee gets you - hope this is an encouragement to cough up :2thumbsup

The only reason I had the Merc. was a promise I made to my Dad when I was in school. Plus it made certain people arround me enveious as they were planning to buy a Merc. but I beat them to it. And 1 or 2 whos` PERSONAL BACK DOOR resembled what a Nuclear bomb is capable of.
But the novelty of having and driving a Merc. had worn of a while ago when i saw and fell in LOVE with Galant VR4s`. WOOF!!! :smitten: :rolleyes4
