Car has a decat and as such, failed on emissions. So looking for either a stock cat to fit for the test then remove, or at decent high flow cat that I can leave in. If they're any good that is.
Cheers

Sound good to me mate. Don't suppose there's any way of telling if it works or not until I fit it and mot it again? What's the postage cost to Preston area?
Cheers

You can roughly tell if it works by the smell if you know what it should/shouldn't smell like, without cat it stinks of CO, with cat and hot it doesn't! To get it hot you can run it at around 2500 rpm in neutral for 3 mins or so, that should do, you might need a spirited drive first to get this old one hot initially.
Can't really test it properly unless you have access to an emissions tester machine, which I do, but I don't have time to swap it out to test it.
I'll weigh and measure it tonight and get a quote, when do you need it for?
