Swapping VR-4 engine into VR-G AWD

In my search for an utterly rust free VR-4 i came across these.

These are cheap, rust free and AWD.

Now my question is:
If I already have a Rusty VR-4, can I swap the shell with a VR-G one ore are there any differences in the shell?

There'll be a lot of differences such as wiring looms, ECUs, gearbox is a 4AT instead of the 5AT in the VR-4 autos, etc.

It'll be a big project, by the time you've paid for that, you could probably find a good quality VR-4 from JP :)
