Wondering how much roughfully cost this test anyone know?

What do you mean?
Cost to buy all the bit to allow you to do the test yourself, or how much to get someone else to do the test, e.g. A garage.

If you are going to pay about £40 for a boost leak test the actual gear to build the tester will probably cost less than that. But you will need an air compressor to run it.

you need a compressor though as using a footpump like the guy in the video is doing will take you forever.

it deos not really matter what position you put the cylinders in within the engine, at least one of the valvel sets will be open, the inlet valves will be open and you will loose pressure past the the piston.
so the system will never hold pressure unless you ceep on topping tha pressure up with an air compressor.

so i would not even bother trying to pressurise the turbo pipe work without one.

I have tools but at the moment i dont have place to do everything thats why i need garage help.
