Changed the ayc switch today and all good so far until I was driving home there and noticed 1 green light on for ayc....went out after about 5 seconds then came on again once I slowed down...
was driving normally on a dual carriageway.

Any ideas guys?

Are your tyres the same brand, type and tread depth?

No not all same brand have snow/winter tyres on.

that may be the cause, if they have a different rolling distance, even if they say they are the same width, and profile, they may be different

So this morning went out and double checked pressures on all tyres.....1 was down by 5psi must be slow puntchure so went got that fixed and double checked all pressures.

Drove for a bit no issues no lights.......great.

Then coming into work tonight the dreaded red AYC light is on again.....Not as before when you drove for a short distance then it came on.....now its on constantly....
Still get 3 green ayc light on with ignition then they go out but the red ayc light stays on.....do i need to adjust the new switch i got of Malc?
In or out on the screw guys....

Cheers.

I'm not sure if that issue is the pump or switch. Usually the pump doesn't activate until the car starts moving, so the red ayc light comes on due to low pressure a few hundred yards down the road.

If you need to adjust the switch wind the adjuster anti clockwise (out) no more than 1/2 turn at a time and test.
Switch set at 9 Bar so much lower than that and you might need to sort the pump

check the error codes on the flashy dash to see what it is point to 82 is is the pump pressure fail code anything other code and you will have to look it up here,
