You can get them new. You also need abs sensors for them. Check out camskill, when you have worked out the cost you might change your mind!
Any facelift galant carriers will do, including 4 stud European spec ones.

Can you not use the pre fl abs sensors

Even if you do get them out, they are a different length.

Why didnt they bother just to use the later ones to start with must have been a reason for the change unless mitsubishi were planning to put 4 pots on.

They have cut the sensor wires, so you would have to repair them. You need to know the spacing of the caliper mounting holes. 160mm and they are facelift. Prefacelift are about 135mm.

how much as I have 2 sets of 4 pot calipers evo8 and slightly smaller calipers from ferarri 355 but the 355 ones are radial mounted and the mounts fit the pre face lift carriers but need slightly modding (misses bro can do for free)

so depending on price is between using evo 8 calipers or 355 ones modded to fit evo 8 discs.
