Fixed: Controls on Library Views

Removed all but edit from the controls on the library Views..
Appears much cleaner now, as the controls which would never be used have been removed.

(ip, report, quote and Quickquote are gone)

Excellent idea Barry ........ however, I'm still seeing all that you say has been removed, or is this for all FUTURE additions I make and not retrospective?

I have not replied previously in case it took time to transit on the server.
