Hi everyone, signed up to do a bit of research on the Legnum VR4...

I've had a legacy GTB for the past 5 years, sold it to get a Lexus GS430 V8 but miss having an estate :)

So lots of reading to be done :)

Always liked the GTB, but ended up moving onto a Stagea after my Legnums.
Plenty of info here for VR4s to keep you busy for a while.

Good luck with the inevitable hunt for a mint condition one :)

I love the GTB but the engines are a little too fragile IMO... the bottom end bearings seem to be made of cheese or something :)

Also looked at stageas but they are just too damn ugly :D ( in my opinion of course!)

The Legnums are lovelly on the outside but are let down on the interior IMO :)

Is there much scope for tuning the 2.5?

Easy tuning is the downfall of the Legnum. There are plenty of good points too though. And there are people on here who can help with custom after market stuff.

My opinion also, but like any parent with an ugly kid, you still love it! /lol
More so than the looks, I love the fact its mechanically a lot easier to live with!
