Hello All

I am new to this forum and the VR4 scene in general. I had only ever seen one VR4 in person before a few weeks ago and didn't even realize what it was at the time. Having now realized what a VR4 actually is, I have decided that i need one of these in my life. I had been running an original shape Impreza for the last few years but sold it a couple of months ago with the intent of buying something else fun but couldn't see anything I really liked until i saw the VR4.

I was originally thinking about getting the VR4 from the post below, but not sure after the comments as to if it is worth it.

Having only been looking for a few weeks now, and not being sure how often these come up for sale, i may jump on it and spend time/money getting it right rather than loose out.
However this site looks great and all the posts I have read so far seem really friendly and helpful, so i am sure i will enjoy it on here. :)

Hi and welcome.

I think the best thing you can do is go and look at it yourself really. I don't see why it couldn't be a nice car again but it would need some money thrown at it. It wouldn't start when I went to see it but he said he would be getting that sorted. It also has no MOT. The body work wasn't so bad, just covered in a lot of muck and the wheels have corroded. No major dents or scratches though from what I saw. I wouldn't pay £2250 personally but I think you could get £500 off it as it's been for sale for atleast 6 months.

Good luck.

Hello!

It's a bit of a gentleman's car compared to an impreza. But you can change the feel to how you want it and just like you, most people have no idea what a VR4 is!
