Sometime ago I needed to change the tripod joints too (inner CV). I couldn't find them, so I suppose they are not available new. So I changed the whole axle.

Post up your chassis number and some will pop it into ASA for you. I don't have access PC of the next couple of days so I can't.
Then you can contact a mitsi dealer or camskill or amayama.

From ASA using my own V6 2.5L 1999 as reference:

Inner CV kit:
RH: MN171196 or MR336586 (identical, just different brands)
LH: MN171193 or MR336588 (identical, just different brands)

Aftermarket German brand Febest Number is 0411-EA (for MR336586).

What I don't understand is that there is a different number for left and right. I don't remember seeing a difference between L and R. In fact, I once swapped L>R and R>L because the wear is directional and using this method a little bit more life can be squeezed out of them. So if you can find these MR336586 or Febest 0411-EA you should be good to go!

Would this fit? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/INNER-CV-JOINT-MITSUBISHI-GALANT-SPACE-WAGON-/231537762037?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item35e8b9def5

This part has 24 inner teeth, 27 outer teeth and a seal diameter of 41,000

The Febest part has the same dimensions? http://www.finestautoparts.com/Mn171196-Inner-24X41X27-Mitsubishi-Febest/dp/B00DMA78DC

Can anyone else confirm or deny whether or not that joint I mentioned in an earlier post will fit? (Always nice to have one more point of view)
