Dual Clocks MPH KMS

Living in Northern Ireland we have a stupid rule for MOT that we need dual clocks.
Anybody have this or any other advice??

With physical dimensions fit. Displayed parameters not meet reality (speed scale: VR-4 bis 180MPH(KMH), GALANT bis 160 MPH (260kmh); TACHO: VR-4 bis 9000rpm, GALANT bis 8000rpm, then another: VR-4 is with AYC and 5 speed automatic transmision). Strange requirement, because for VR-4 i not seen orginal dual scale, is either only 180 KMH or 180 MPH.
