Thanks in advance guys......

Is there a serial out on the wideband?

Don't know how to make myself more clear...
AEM wideband has 0-5V output for logging and managing purpose (mainly to work with their series of standalone ecu's i.e. EMS). It can be connected to one of the pins of stock vr4 ecu and utilize as wideband logging and reference. Can't remember which pin it was, but I had that feature in my ex-Galoon.

BTW, it's white wire from AEM unit.

the reason i ask this is because evoscan as options for logging AEM UEGO wideband directly to evoscan, no need to log it through the ECU.

but if the particular AEM wideband raj has does not have a serial out then that is fair enough. just thought i would ask the question.

any 0-5V signal can be logged through the ECU. i log boost pressure through mine and log my wideband directly into evoscan via a usb.

there is a thread on here that i contributed to testing the connection to the ecu explaining what pin to use and what MUT code to log in evoscan to enable the logging through the ECU.

Dave, AEM has separate serial output alongside analogue 0-5v. Serial is blue wire and can be connected directly to laptop with Evoscan. But it's not the question.
Most tuners use analogue wideband input to ecu also for fine tune purpose, and that's the question being asked, I guess.

Hi all

I was just wondering how to log this via the evoscan.
I have a plx wideband.

There is a thread somewhere with ecu details in that tells you which inputs can accept 0-5v. Iirc there is a second O2 input which works. Then you can log the info using evoscan from the new input.
