you can get swap bar bushesthese are generally universal type.
you need size i sway bar (diameter) and the type of bush type A or B i think.

best place to look is http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/universal-sway-bar-bushings.asp
that is where i got mine from only trouble they in the USA so grab the part number from here and search local or ebay/internet and see what you come up with.

by the way the front vr4 swap bar is thinner than the rear. but i cant remember how big they are off the top of my head. i can definitely tell you the front sway bar is not 22mm. so don't believe the ebay adds that say they have a galant/legnum vr4 fitment of bush that is 22mm for the factory standard VR4 it will not fit.

Is the front bigger then 22? or smaller? Yesterday my new Cusco rear sway bar arrived, it's a 24mm. Need new Bushings for it. Don't want to use the soft rubber they supplied. Thanks

The factory front is smaller than 22mm

Edit miss read post above.

If you want to know the diameter measure it with digital caliper, if don't have calipers use adjustable spanner, fit it round the bar then measure spanner.
Or just a set of spanners as gauge., find the one that fits round the bar snuggly and read off the size of the spanner that is printed on it.

So i went to Autolign today (NZ supension parts supplier) and they gave me the right sway bar bushes for a 24mm bar. I Changed it over in less then an hour. Easy job.
Whiteline Supplies the Bushes and are very cheap IMO. I measured the Stock Rear bar at 22mm and checked the Fronts too, which measured at 20mm. I will post the part number for the Whiteline bushes later if anyone is interested.

I'm very surprised the Fronts are so small. I would've thought they would be bigger or the same size. Even at Autolign they thought it would be bigger than the front. At $21 NZD I will change the front bushes in the mean time
