Just a general question on how the standard turbo's run on vr4 does one boost at low revs and the other at higher revs or do both kick in the same time not really clued up on turbo engines so just generally just interested how the set up works thanks in advance for educating me lol

Its a twin turbo so they are both same; one feeds one bank of 3 cylinders and the other does the same on the other bank of the V6.

Got it as I was wondering why some guys do single turbo conversions as I would of thought 2 is always better than 1 lol

Two small/mid tubs give you power at low revs but run out of puff at higher rpms, single big tub give you lots of power but on high rpms only and car will be laggy from low rpms. I personally prefer twin setup as I use my car as daily but if you want lots of power and drive your car on track/high rpm then single is your friend.

I've had both twin & single.

I'm using a single gt35 on a 6 cylinder & I don't have any less lag than I had on a vr4 with 2 turbo

Drives just like a normal car even around town
