Torque settings

Hi all,

Ive been hunting all around for the torque settings for the flywheel and clutch pressure plate for a clutch job im doing for one of my customers.
The engine is a 6a13tt. I hope you can help. I did do a search but i cant access the library part of the forum.

I can find out when i get to work but i just did my normal ft on the flywheel bolts i think its something like 230 fly and 35 clutch but ill check as said i just did mine ft with lock tight.
