there is a thread on here specifying everything you need to buy to get a 600x300x76mm intercooler upgrade for about £100-£120

Been looking at an arc intercooler bloke whose selling reckons it just bolts straight on using stock piping and no cutting or chopping to make it fit but it's a bit pricey at 190 quid

Unless your chasing bhp and/or looking to go big with turbo conversions etc, I doubt you'd see any difference between the arc cooler and an eBay one.
Are cars are hard piped all the way down to the cooler so you just need two silicone elbows from 2.5" to 3" reducers but do not get two 90 degrees get one 90 and one 45. A few bolts and brackets and your done.

Looking to eventually get a bit more bhp car is work in progress got the 3 inch exhaust system got a blitz induction kit although not entirely convinced by it might bo back to standard box with performance panel filter still toying with that idea and also have blitz electronic boost controller fitted so eventually wanting to get intercooler and a walbro fuel pump a fuel pressure regulator and finally mapped ecu hopefully achieving around 300 bhp if I get all this done I will be a happy chappy lol
