Pretty much nothing, other than a better air filter (http://www.part-box.com/product_info.php?products_id=30810).

Cam change? It's a sohc.
Or are there other cams for the 6a13? Regrind?

Honestly don't know if a VR4 dohc cam will fit in a N/A sohc engine. Adam.Findlay seems to be the resident expert.

Adam, would your 262 cam fit a NA V6 and would it make a difference?

Nop the vr4 cams doesnt fit the na v6.
But if adam can regrind the n/a v6 cams then i will send cams to him right now.

If you're feeling adventurous you could always transplant on vr4 dohc heads? I loosely calculated it'd be good for 200 HP based on interpolation compared to similar Mitsubishi engines

Mark, when you get time, can you PM me exactly what you tried? I've been curious for some time if a head swap would work, it'd be nice to know whats different :)

DOHC cams and SOHC cams are completely different. And yes I can regrind a SOHC cam to a better profile

Probably around 450- 500nzd for a 18 lobe roller grind
And add 300 for valve springs if they are needed

When do you need the springs?

Depends how **** the stock springs are. And how big of a grind I can fit onto a stock cam.
I would need a sample spring to test. Along with a spring installed height. Then once I profile the cam I can make a call if the stock spring is sufficent for a hot grind or not.

I have a 2003 and all i have is a straight piped full system with pre cats removed. On the dyno she ran 175bhp and 245nm torque on asda fuel, i should of ran v power really. My engine is healthy and looked after and that is a generous gain. Also im looking into an egr delete, has anyone done this?
