Hi guys,
I would like to ask you about the launch control. Is it possible to enable it? Does my car has it?

No VR4 left the factory with launch control. It is possible to reflash the ECU on later cars, but your car is too early in the production run to have that too. You would need a later ECU to flash.

Your car shows as :EC5W001870 LYGF 000 T08B 14J 1996081

That translates to an estate (wagon), type S auto, no options, trigger mauve with cloth interior.

Your best bet for launch control is to put the car in D, lock your left foot on the brakes, hit the accelerator hard with your right foot and as the revs build let go of the brakes. As with all kinds of launching, there is stress on the drivetrain, but this method is the most used and least damaging!
