Guys I have the normal knackered flex on the standard downpipes. My wife says just drive it into an exhaust centre and get a quote lol.

I want to order a set from fassi, however she's adamant they would be cheaper from an exhaust centre.

Does anyone actually stock OE downpipes these days?

Wife will be shown replies so feel free to fully explain the error of her thinking.

Absolutely perfect lol

By any chance are there any uprated turbo elbows available or am I looking at custom build?

The only set of off the shelf turbo elbows for our cars are from RPW in Aus. This comes out at something stupid like £600 just for the elbows then all the shipping/customs etc added on. Im afraid this would have to be a custom jobbie

Ouch!! Might just stay stock then, having them custom built is a mission I'm currently not prepared to take on. Though I feel I will look into it a bit further to see what's possible.

I would say it's doable. Does anyone have stock dump pipes that could lend me a pair for some time so I could work it all out?

Yes i think i have some in the shed somewhere.
the major narrowing of the rear dump pipe down to about 1" diameter is due to access for one of the bolts but this can be minimised in an a thin walled replacement made in stainless steel the original dump pipes are cast so the wall thickness is quite think.
let me know if you want me send a pair down to you chris fassi1 .
Just drop me a PM with your name address contact number and i will stick them in the post.
