Manual gear- and transferbox oils?

So I did a search but nothing came up quickly (btw, did the search change? I thought it was more complex a while back with more functions)

So, I am replacing my clutch and bled the gearbox and transfercase.
Now what is best to fill it up with?

I know I need a GL-4. But what viscosity is best and what brand?
A lot of people seem to like AMSOIL for the auto boxes. But what about manual and transfercase?

People do still recommend AMSOIL for everything - have a word with adaxo


I'm not aware of any changes happening recently (last 2 years at least) with the Search!
