Fan Belt

Hi All,

Wondering if someone could help me out please?

I'm looking for a Fan belt for the Facelift Legnum. I've spoken to the local autofactors company but they couldnt trackone down from the Reg number. Anyone let me know which engine the Facleift legnum shares with UK cars or the length of he belt so i can discuss with the garage etc.

I am pretty sure the auxiliary and alternator belts are the same as uk galants - 6A13 (non turbo).
Viamoto have both listed under engine parts:
Mitsubishi Part Number
MD184973 (alternator)
MD317142 (Auxiliary)

They are not horrific to change on the driveway, the alternator tensioner lock bolt being the worst to get at.

Timing belt to complete the set:
Mitsubishi Part Numbers
MD318814 MD338287
This one is very often mixed up with the non turbo cars, by the part suppliers! (I was sent a DOHC belt for my SOHC, and later a SOHC one for the DOHC xD)

Alternator belt geniune part is MD184973
For aftermarket the Blueprint part number is AD04R946. This should be available from most auto factors.
Gates belt cross reference is 4PK948.

Power steering belt genuine part is MD317142
For aftermarket the Blueprint part number is AD06R1063 (I would double check this to be sure its correct as listed for non turbo 2.5 V6 engine)
Gates belt cross reference is 6PK1060.

I am 100% sure the 2.5 V6 na uses the same auxilliary belts. Between that and the good info above, the motor factors should be good to go, right?! ;)
